What We're About

The Education Committee (EDC) will monitor issues relating to Education. We will also develop and conduct programs of public education to promote sensitivity awareness and inclusiveness. We will monitor existing government initiatives and consult on the provision of information and training respecting accessibility within organizations such as schools, school boards, colleges, universities, trade or occupational associations and self-governing professions.

Become A Member

With more member involvement, we can do more. Our Committees always welcome new members who share CWD-O's mission and values. We meet as needed, using the IDEAL online conferencing system.

To join this Committee and to find out the next meeting date, please contact the Committee Chair. You must first be a member of CWD-O to join a committee, and have the Chair's approval.

If you are new, you will need to complete and send us a Membership Form(compressed Word document, 17kb) and email to membership@cwd-o.org. CWD-O membership is still free.
